Analysis of the Application Effect of Layered Group Responsibility System and Group Management Mode in Oncology Nurses Management
Objective To explore the effect of using the group management mode of stratified group responsibility sys-tem in the management of nurses in oncology department. Methods Twenty nurses from the Oncology Department of The Third People's Hospital of Yongzhou were selected as the study subjects,and the conventional management mode was used as the reference group from January to December 2022. From January to December 2023,the group manage-ment mode of hierarchical group responsibility system will be used as the research group. The subjects of the two groups were the same group of nurses,and the nursing quality,core competence and comprehensive quality of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of ward management,specialty nursing,basic nursing,nursing records,nursing safety and emergency inspection in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The scores of observation ability,professional knowledge mastery ability,communication ability,clinical nursing ability,humanistic care ability and response ability of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Compared with the reference group,the scores of interpersonal communication,critical thinking,cooperation spirit,responsibility consciousness,professionalism and service attitude of the research group were higher,and the differences were statisti-cally significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion In the management of oncology nurses,the application of stratified group re-sponsibility system can improve the quality of nursing,effectively improve the core ability and comprehensive quality of nurses.
