Study on PDCA Circulation Management Model Improving Efficiency in West Medicine
Objective To analysis the effect of PDCA cycle management mode on the management quality of western pharmacy. Methods Twenty staff members of the Western Pharmacy of the Third People's Hospital of Linyi City from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were given routine management from January to June 2023 (before management) and PDCA cycle management mode from July to December 2023 (after management). The drug dispensing time,drug dispensing time,pharmacy management quality and staff comprehensive ability before and after management were compared. Results The drug dispensing time and drug dispensing time after management were shorter than before management,and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). The score of pharmacy management quality and comprehensive ability of the staff after management were 95.12±1.28 and 95.12±1.21,which were higher than 90.53±2.17 and 90.65±2.55 before management,and the differences were statistically significant (t=8.147,7.082,both P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management mode in pharmacy management quality is effective and can improve the quality of pharmacy work management.
