Analysis of the Application Effect of PDCA Circulation Management in Hemodialysis Room Nursing Management
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management in nursing management of hemodialysis room. Methods Seven nurses in the hemodialysis room of Shen County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and divided into groups according to the implementa-tion time of the management mode. Routine management was implemented from January to December 2022,and PDCA cycle management was implemented from January to December 2023,and they were set as research group. The two groups were the same group of nurses. The nursing quality,nursing ability and nursing staff satisfaction of manage-ment mode were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The nursing ability score of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction score of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle man-agement mode in the nursing management of hemodialysis room can improve the nursing quality,enhance the profes-sional ability and level of nurses,and meet the needs of nurses for management mode.
