Application of Humanized Management in Emergency Department Nursing Management
Objective To explore the value of applying humanized management in the nursing management of the emergency department. Methods A total of twenty-five nurses from the emergency department of Lanshan District People's Hospital of Linyi City from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and routine manage-ment was implemented from May 2022 to May 2023 as the reference group;from June 2023 to June 2024,humanized management will be implemented as a research group. The two groups of nurses are the same cohort. The nursing qual-ity scores,professional identity scores and satisfaction scores of emergency nurses were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The professional identity scores of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satis-faction rate of the study group was 100.00% (25/25),which was higher than that of the reference group 84.00% (21/25),and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.347,P=0.037). Conclusion For nurses in the emergency de-partment,through the implementation of the humanized management model,the nursing quality is high,and the nurses have a strong sense of professional identity,and they are satisfied with various management work.
