Study on the Implementation Effect of Hierarchical Grouping Responsibility System Management Mode in the Management of Center for Disease Control and Prevention
Objective To explore the implementation effect of the hierarchical grouping responsibility system manage-ment mode in the centers for disease control and prevention,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the manage-ment level and work efficiency of the CDC. Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,twenty-four staff working in Shanxian Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the research objects. According to the different management modes, they were divided into the traditional group and the inquiry group. The traditional group imple-mented the traditional nursing management mode (June-December 2023),and the inquiry group implemented the hier-archical group responsibility system management mode (January-June 2024). The two groups of staff were the same group. The work quality, work pressure and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The work quality scores of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group, and the work pressure were lower than those of the traditional group, the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). In terms of manage-ment satisfaction, the satisfaction of the inquiry group reached 100.00% (24/24),which was higher than 75.00% (18/24) of the traditional group, and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.762,P<0.05). Conclusion The hierar-chical grouping responsibility system management model has a significant implementation effect in the management of the CDC,which can improve the quality of work, reduce work pressure, and improve management satisfaction.
