人工智能在医学影像诊断学教学中的应用

目的 分析人工智能在医学影像诊断学教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年7月—2023年12月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院见习的2019、2020级齐齐哈尔医学院医学影像学专业的91名学生.2022年7—12月的45名2019级学生为对照组,2023年7—12月的46名2020级学生为观察组.对照组采用传统教学法联合超星学习通进行教学,观察组采用人工智能联合超星学习通进行教学.比较两组测试成绩及教学满意度.结果 观察组理论知识掌握成绩为(78.60±4.44)分、实践技能考核成绩为(81.74±3.47)分,均高于对照组的(70.53±8.37)分、(73.11±4.27)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.736,10.594,P均<0.05).观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 人工智能联合超星学习通进行教学可有效提升见习学生的学习效果.
Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Teaching of Medical Imaging Diagnostics
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in the Teaching of medical imaging diag-nostics. Methods Ninety-one students majoring in medical imaging of Qiqihar Medical College of the classes of 2019 and 2020 who were apprenticed in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Qiqihar Medical College from July 2022 to De-cember 2023 were selected. A total of forty-five students of grade 2019 from July to December 2022 were in the con-trol group and forty-six students of grade 2020 from July to December 2023 were in the observation group. The control group was taught by traditional teaching method combined with Super Star Learning Pass,and the observation group was taught by artificial intelligence combined with Super Star Learning Pass. Compared the test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results The score of theoretical knowledge mastery of the observation group was 78.60±4.44 and the score of practical skills assessment was 81.74±3.47,which were higher than the 70.53±8.37 and 73.11±4.27 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t=5.736,10.594,both P<0.05). Teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant (all P<0.05). Conclusion Artificial intelligence in conjunction with Superstar Learning Access for teaching can effectively enhance the learning of trainee students.
