The Jiangsu Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),in order to improve procurement efficiency,reduce costs,and enhance the transparency and traceability of procurement processes,has developed a system includ-ing purchasing requirements,prices comparison and full process management. This system,based on internet technol-ogy,integrates digitization and automation features,offering comprehensive procurement process solutions for various procurement amounts and modes. This paper will elaborate on the major issues addressed by this system from the per-spectives of system functionality,technical support and running effect and introduce the application of artificial intelli-gence in supplier sourcing to improve system effectiveness.Intelligence of the whole purchasing process improved qual-ity and increased efficiency,controled costs and traced to the source,so it ensured purchasing safety and specification.
