基于问题的学习教学方法结合网络交流工具用于口腔正畸教学的效果评估分析

目的 分析基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学方法结合网络交流工具用于口腔正畸教学的效果.方法 选取2022年7月—2024年6月长沙市第一医院口腔科的60名实习医师为研究对象.随机抽签分组法分为两组,每组30名.参比组并采用传统教学法,观察组并采用PBL结合网络交流工具教学.比较两组测评成绩、解决问题能力、教学满意度.结果 观察组测评成绩、解决问题能力优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组教学满意度为100.00%(30/30),高于参比组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(x2=4.630,P<0.05).结论 将PBL结合网络交流工具用于口腔科实习医师的口腔正畸教学中,可以提升实习医师的测评成绩,锻炼实习医师解决问题能力,提高教学满意度.
Evaluating the Effectiveness of a Problem-Based Learning Teaching Approach Combined with a Web-based Communication Tool for Teaching Orthodontics
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching methods combined with online communication tools for teaching orthodontics. Methods Sixty interns from the Department of Stomatology of Changsha First Hospital from July 2022 to June 2024 were selected for the study. Randomized lottery grouping method was divided into two groups of thirty in each group. The reference group and used traditional teaching method,and the observation group and used PBL combined with online communication tools teaching. Compared the assess-ment scores,problem solving ability,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups. Results The observation group's as-sessment scores and problem-solving ability were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00% (30/30),which was higher than 80.00% (24/30) of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.630,P<0.05). Conclusion The use of PBL combined with online communication tools in teaching orthodontics to dental in-terns can improve interns' assessment scores,hone their problem-solving skills,and increase teaching satisfaction.
