妇科临床带教中PDCA循环模式的运用效果分析

目的 观察在妇科临床带教中运用PDCA循环的效果.方法 选取2023年6月—2024年6月费县妇幼保健院妇科的80名实习生作为研究对象,经随机数字表法分成常规组和研究组,每组40名,分别应用常规带教方法、PDCA循环带教方法.比较两组带教前后实习生考核成绩、自我概念因子评分、带教满意度.结果 研究组实习生的考核成绩、自我概念因子评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组带教满意度为95.00%(38/40),高于常规组的72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(x2=7.439,P<0.05).结论 在妇科临床带教中推行PDCA循环教学方法可提高实习生的综合成绩与自我概念评价,带教满意度较高.
Analysis of the Application Effect of PDCA Circulation Mode in Gynecological Clinical Teaching
Objective To observe the effect of PDCA cycle in gynecology clinical teaching. Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,eighty interns in the gynecology department of Feixian Maternal and Child Health Hospital were se-lected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and research group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group. Routine teaching method and PDCA cycle teaching method were used respec-tively. The evaluation scores,self-concept factor scores and satisfaction of interns before and after teaching were com-pared between the two groups. Results The assessment scores and self-concept factor scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction of teaching in the study group was 95.00% (38/40),which was higher than 72.50% (29/40) in the con-ventional group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=7.439,P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle teaching in gynecological clinical teaching can improve the overall performance and self-concept evaluation of interns,and the satisfaction of teaching is higher.
