Analysis of the Application Effect of PDCA Circulation Mode in Gynecological Clinical Teaching
Objective To observe the effect of PDCA cycle in gynecology clinical teaching. Methods From June 2023 to June 2024,eighty interns in the gynecology department of Feixian Maternal and Child Health Hospital were se-lected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and research group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group. Routine teaching method and PDCA cycle teaching method were used respec-tively. The evaluation scores,self-concept factor scores and satisfaction of interns before and after teaching were com-pared between the two groups. Results The assessment scores and self-concept factor scores of interns in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction of teaching in the study group was 95.00% (38/40),which was higher than 72.50% (29/40) in the con-ventional group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=7.439,P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle teaching in gynecological clinical teaching can improve the overall performance and self-concept evaluation of interns,and the satisfaction of teaching is higher.
