Study on the Effect of Strengthening Rehabilitation Medical Education on the Teaching Quality of Clinical Interns in Rehabilitation Department
Objective To evaluate the effect of strengthening rehabilitation medicine education on the quality of teach-ing for clinical interns in rehabilitation department. Methods Thirty clinical interns admitted to the Rehabilitation De-partment of People's Hospital of Daye City from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research ob-jects and divided into fifteen in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine educa-tion and the observation group received enhanced education of rehabilitation medicine. The teaching satisfaction,teaching effect and evaluation of teaching room were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of teaching in the observation group was 93.33% (14/15),higher than 60.00% (9/15) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The corresponding scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skill in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). The evaluation scores of teaching departments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of strengthening rehabilitation medicine education for clinical interns in the department of rehabilitation can improve the quality of teaching,the satisfaction of teaching and the evaluation of teaching departments,and the theoretical knowl-edge of thinking and practical skills of interns can be improved.
