基于案例教学法联合微信平台教学在神经内科临床带教中应用效果分析

目的 分析基于案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合微信平台教学在神经内科临床带教中应用的效果.方法 选取吉林省人民医院神经内科于2023年8月—2024年5月见习的20名见习生作为研究对象,2023年8—12月见习的10名见习生实施常规教学,设为常规组;2024年1—5月见习的10名见习生实施CBL联合微信平台教学,设为研究组.比较两组见习生专业考核结果、综合能力评分、对带教模式的满意度评分.结果 研究组见习生理论知识成绩为(93.26±1.21)分、实践技能成绩为(93.53±1.26)分,高于常规组的理论知识成绩(90.23±1.16)分、实践技能成绩(90.25±1.18)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.716、6.008,P均<0.05).研究组的综合能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组对带教模式满意度评分比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在神经内科临床带教中,微信平台联合CBL的应用能增强见习生对专业知识和技能的掌握度,提升综合能力,见习生对带教模式的满意度较高,确保带教工作有效开展.
Analysis of the Application Effect of CBL Teaching Mode Combined with WeChat Platform Teaching in the Clinical Teaching of Neurology Department
Objective To analyze the effect of case-based learning (CBL) and WeChat platform teaching in the clini-cal teaching of neurology department. Methods Twenty interns in the Department of Neurology of Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from August 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,and ten interns from August to December 2023 were selected as the routine group. From January to May 2024,ten interns who implemented CBL combined with WeChat platform teaching were set as the research group. The results of professional assessment,com-prehensive ability score and satisfaction score of teaching mode were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns in the study group were 93.26±1.21 and 93.53±1.26,which were higher than those in the conventional group 90.23±1.16 and 90.25±1.18,the differences were statistically significant (t=5.716,6.008,both P<0.05). The comprehensive ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching of neurology,the application of WeChat platform combined with CBL can enhance the interns' mastery of professional knowledge and skills,improve their comprehensive ability,the interns are more satisfied with the teaching mode,and ensure the effective development of teaching work.
