Analysis of the Application Effect of CBL Teaching Mode Combined with WeChat Platform Teaching in the Clinical Teaching of Neurology Department
Objective To analyze the effect of case-based learning (CBL) and WeChat platform teaching in the clini-cal teaching of neurology department. Methods Twenty interns in the Department of Neurology of Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from August 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,and ten interns from August to December 2023 were selected as the routine group. From January to May 2024,ten interns who implemented CBL combined with WeChat platform teaching were set as the research group. The results of professional assessment,com-prehensive ability score and satisfaction score of teaching mode were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of interns in the study group were 93.26±1.21 and 93.53±1.26,which were higher than those in the conventional group 90.23±1.16 and 90.25±1.18,the differences were statistically significant (t=5.716,6.008,both P<0.05). The comprehensive ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical teaching of neurology,the application of WeChat platform combined with CBL can enhance the interns' mastery of professional knowledge and skills,improve their comprehensive ability,the interns are more satisfied with the teaching mode,and ensure the effective development of teaching work.
