The Effect of Diversified Teaching under PBL on Clinical Ability and Enthusiasm in Ultrasound Teaching
Objective To explore the value of diversified teaching under problem-based learning (PBL) in ultrasound teaching. Methods From January 2023 to May 2024,sixty-four trainees in the ultrasound department of Nanjing First Hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group with differ-ent teaching methods,thirty-two in each group. The control group was given routine teaching,and the observation group was given diversified teaching under PBL. The teaching performance,clinical ability,learning enthusiasm and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The teaching performance,clinical ability and learning enthusiasm of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.88% (31/32),which was higher than 75.00% (24/32) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.655,P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of diversified teaching under PBL in ultrasound teaching can improve the teaching effect,students' clinical ability,learning enthusiasm and teaching satisfaction.
