Evaluation of the Application Effect of Endoscopic Case Database System in Clinical Probation of Otolaryngology
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of endoscopic case database system in the clinical pro-bation of otolaryngology,in order to provide reference and guidance for the follow-up teaching work. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,forty clinical interns in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Changsha First Hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to dif-ferent teaching methods,twenty in each group. The control group was given routine teaching (January-December 2022),and the study group was given endoscopic case library system teaching (January-December 2023). The aca-demic performance,teaching effect,comprehensive ability and satisfaction with teaching measures of the two groups were compared. Results The academic performance,teaching effect and comprehensive ability of clinical interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction of clinical interns in the study group was 100.00% (20/20),which was higher than 70.00% (14/20) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.902,P<0.05). Conclusion The endo-scopic case library system has a good teaching effect,which can help clinical trainees improve their academic perfor-mance and comprehensive ability,promote the overall development of comprehensive quality,and improve students ' satisfaction with teaching measures.
