目的 探讨关节外科临床教学中医学影像控制系统(materialise's interactive medical image control syste,Mimics)数字化软件辅助教学的可行性与效果.方法 选取2023年3月—2024年3月第二医科大学附属医院的54名实习医学生作为研究对象,按教学模式不同分为参照组与研究组,各27例,参照组采取传统教学模式,研究组实施Mimics数字化软件辅助教学模式,比较两组考核成绩、教学效果与教学满意度.结果 研究组医学生出科考核成绩(理论知识、临床操作技能)优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组教学效果(帮助理解解剖位置关系、帮助理解截骨方法及角度、提升学习兴趣、操作难易程度、增强职业认同感、增强思维能力)评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组医学生对教学的满意度为96.30%(26/27),高于参照组的74.07%(20/27),差异有统计学意义(x2=5.283,P<0.05).结论 关节外科临床教学中,基于Mimics数字化软件联合3D建模打印技术展开教学,可以有效地调动实习医学生积极性,使医学生对假肢放置方式和操作过程有更好的理解,切实提升实习医学生学习效果,并保证其对临床教学工作的认可与满意.
Discuss the Feasibility and Effect of Mimics Digital Software to Assist the Clinical Teaching of Joint Surgery
Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of Mimics digital software assisted teaching in clinical teaching of joint surgery. Methods From March 2023 to March 2024,fifty-four medical interns from the Affiliated Hospital of the Second Medical University were selected as the research objects. According to the different teaching modes,they were divided into reference group and study group,twenty-seven cases in each group. The reference group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the study group implemented the Mimics digital software assisted teaching mode. The assessment results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Re-sults The examination results (theoretical knowledge,clinical operation skills) of medical students in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). The teaching effect ( help to understand the anatomical position relationship,help to understand the osteotomy method and angle,enhance learning interest,operation difficulty,enhance professional identity,enhance thinking ability ) score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction of medical students in the study group was 96.30% (26/27),which was higher than 74.07% (20/27) in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=5.283,P<0.05). Conclusion In the clini-cal teaching of joint surgery,the teaching based on Mimics digital software combined with 3D modeling and printing technology can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of intern medical students,make medical students have a better un-derstanding of the placement and operation process of prostheses,effectively improve the learning effect of intern medical students,and ensure their recognition and satisfaction of clinical teaching.
