2019—2023年普宁市登革热流行特征分析

目的 分析2019—2023年普宁市登革热的流行特征及其主要影响因素,为制定针对性的防控措施提供科学依据.方法 收集2019—2023年普宁市通过传染病监测信息系统报告的登革热病例数据,对各年度和地区发病率进行统计学分析,评估不同因素对登革热流行的影响.结果 2019—2023年普宁市共报告登革热确诊病例202例,其中本地病例占87.62%(177/202),输入性病例占12.38%(25/202),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).登革热病例主要集中在5—11月,8月达到高峰,病例地区分布以占陇镇为主.普宁市2019—2023年登革热病例在人群中的年龄和职业分布存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).布雷图监测指数显示每年自3月份起布雷图指数呈上升趋势,8—9月份达到峰值.结论 2019—2023年普宁市登革热主要为本地传播,且具有季节性高峰,输入性病例是本地传播的重要诱因.
Analysis of Dengue Fever Epidemic Characteristics in Puning City from 2019 to 2023
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and main influencing factors of dengue fever in Puning City from 2019 to 2023,and to provide scientific basis for formulating targeted prevention and control mea-sures. Methods The data of dengue fever cases reported through the infectious disease surveillance information sys-tem in Puning City from 2019 to 2023 were collected,and the incidence rates of each year and region were statisti-cally analyzed to evaluate the impact of different factors on the prevalence of dengue fever. Results From 2019 to 2023,a total of 202 confirmed cases of dengue fever were reported in Puning City,of which local cases accounted for 87.62% (177/202) and imported cases accounted for 12.38% (25/202),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The cases of dengue fever were mainly concentrated in May-November and peaked in August. The regional dis-tribution of cases was mainly in Zhanlong Town. There were significant differences in the age and occupational distri-bution of dengue fever cases in the population in Puning City from 2019 to 2023,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The Breteau monitoring index shows that the Breteau index has been on the rise since March each year,peaking from August to September. Conclusion Dengue fever in Puning City from 2019 to 2023 is mainly local transmission,and has obvious seasonal peaks. Imported cases are an important cause of local transmission.
