Application Value of institutionalized Management in Equipment Management of Acoustic Immittance Instrument
Objective To explore the application value of institutionalized management in acoustic immittance equip-ment management. Methods Ten technicians from January 2022 to May 2024 in Guangdong Second People's Hospital affiliated to Jinan University were selected. The routine management mode implemented from January 2022 to Febru-ary 2023 was taken as the control group,and the institutionalized management implemented from March 2023 to May 2024 was taken as the observation group. Compared the two groups of acoustic conductivity impedance instrument management efficiency indicators and scores of acoustic conductivity impedance instrument operation standardization,data recording standardization,maintenance standardization and satisfaction. Results The standardized rate of equip-ment placement,the complete rate of equipment use registration and the intact rate of equipment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the failure rate of equipment use was lower than that in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The scores of operation standardization,data recording standardization and maintenance standardization in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). After management,the evaluation score of technicians' satisfaction with the management mode in the observation group was 88.5±7.7,which was higher than 78.9±5.9 of control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=3.130,P<0.05). Conclusion Institutionalized management of acoustic immittance instrument can effectively improve the use efficiency of the instrument,promote the standardization of operation,data recording and maintenance,and then improve the satisfaction of technician.
