Exploration of Economic Contract Management in Public Hospitals from the Perspective of Internal Control
Economic contract management occupies an important position in the internal control system of public hos-pitals,which plays an important role in preventing legal risks,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of hospi-tals,and ensuring the orderly conduct of daily operation activities of hospitals. Through effective economic contract management,hospitals can effectively avoid possible legal disputes,protect their legitimate rights and interests from infringement,and ensure the smooth advancement of various business activities. This paper from the perspective of in-ternal control,point out that there are some problems in the economic contract management of public hospitals,such as lack of risk prevention awareness,lack of centralized management,inadequate department cooperation,lagging in-formation construction,incomplete integration of internal control modules,lack of compound talents,inadequate audit and supervision. The economic contract management of public hospitals can be optimized from the correct understand-ing of economic contract management,the optimization of cooperation between departments,the optimization of infor-mation management system,and the training of compound talents. This paper provides reference for improving the eco-nomic contract management system in public hospitals.
