摘要

品牌建设对于医院服务管理的提升具有举足轻重的作用.深入探索医院服务体验标准的实践应用,构建出更加优质的医疗服务体系,塑造医院良好品牌形象.本文以泰安市中心医院为例,以医院品牌的概述为出发点,阐述品牌建设对医院服务管理的意义,分析医院服务管理的现状,提出相应的提升路径,旨在提供改善医院优质服务的策略,为医院品牌建设带来更多助力,从而推进医院事业高质量发展.

Abstract

Brand building plays a pivotal role in the improvement of hospital service management. In-depth explora-tion of the practical application of hospital service experience standards,to build a better quality medical service sys-tem,shaping a good brand image of the hospital. This paper takes Tai'an Central Hospital as an example,from the overview of the hospital brand as a starting point,expounds the significance of brand building for hospital service man-agement,analyses the current situation of hospital service management,puts forward the corresponding enhancement paths,aims to provide strategies to improve the hospital's high-quality services,and brings more help to the hospital's brand building,so as to promote the high-quality development of the hospital's career.
