本文就建立精神专科医院管理模式进行探索,分析"以资源为基础的相对价值比率(resource based relative value scale,RBRVS)"结合"全成本管理"绩效分配模式在精神专科医院发挥成本控制的应用进展作用,旨在为完善精神专科医院的改革实践提供参考,综述如下.
Abstract
This paper explores the establishment of the management mode of psychiatric hospitals,analyzes the appli-cation progress of "RBRVS" combined with "full cost management" performance distribution mode in cost control of psychiatric hospitals,and aims to provide reference for improving the reform practice of psychiatric hospitals,as sum-marized below.
