Research on the Optimal Management Policies for Primary Healthcare Institutions
Primary medical institutions are an important part of China's medical and health service system. The new era has endowed primary medical institutions with more social responsibilities and put forward higher medical and health service requirements. However,there are some problems in the current health management of primary medical institutions,such as backward basic medical equipment,insufficient support for health management policies,unrea-sonable resource allocation,and imperfect management system,so it is urgent to promote the long-term stability and sustainable development of primary medical institutions through optimization and innovation and implementation of their management policies,which has a positive impact on the improvement of the level of medical security services and the rational allocation of health service resources. This paper briefly analyzes the management status of primary medical institutions,and discusses the path of optimizing management policies,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform and innovation of primary medical and health management policies,and then promote the high-quality development of health care.
