摘要
评估量表是对住院医师规范化培训效果评估的主要研究方法,常见的量表有迷你临床演练评估(Mini-clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)、操作技能直接观察(Direct Observation of Procedural Skills,DOPS)、客观结构化临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)及主观-客观-评价-计划(Subject-objective-assessment-plan,SOAP)评分表等.针对不同课程或培训,应用不同的量表进行评估.本文综述了评估量表对住院医师规范化培训效果研究的现状,以期为住院医师规范化培训中指导老师能力提升及医院科教科管理提供借鉴.
Abstract
The evaluation scale is the main research method to evaluate the effect of standardized training of resi-dents. Common scales include Mini-clinical Evaluation Exercise (Mini-CEX),Direct Observation of Procedural Skills (DOPS),Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and Subject-objective-assessment-plan (SOAP). Accord-ing to different courses or training,different scales are used for evaluation. This paper reviews the current situation of the research on the effect of the evaluation scale on the standardized training of residents,in order to provide refer-ence for the improvement of the ability of instructors in the standardized training of residents and the management of hospital science and education.
