Research on the Application Effect of Casebased Learning in the Relevant Teaching of Prevention and Treatment of Medical Disputes for Medical College Students
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning (CBL) in the relevant teaching of Pre-vention and Treatment of Medical Disputes medical college students. Methods A total of 100 students majoring in clinical medicine in Guangzhou Medical University from September 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the research objects. The teaching time is the second semester from 2022 to 2023 and from 2023 to 2024. The classes taught in the second semester from 2022 to 2023 are included in the regular group, and the classes taught in the second semester from 2023 to 2024 are included in the CBL group,in which the regular group (n=51) accepts the traditional teaching mode. The CBL group (n=49) accepted the CBL teaching mode. The teaching results, teaching effec and teaching satis-faction of the two groups were compared. Results The theoretical knowledge score of the CBL group was 44.82±3.04,the case analysis score was 44.74±3.05,and the average score was 88.25±7.84,which were higher 43.33±2.87,42.17±2.59,and 84.04±8.20 of the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (t=2.521,4.548,2.622,all P<0.05). The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of CBL group were higher than those of regular group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of CBL in health law related teaching of clinical medical students can effectively improve the teaching effect and improve the teaching satisfaction.
