Research on Risk Management and Quality Control Strategy of Radiology Department
Objective To explore the effect of risk management and quality control measures in radiology department. Methods Thirty medical staff working in the Radiology department of Xishui County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,grouped according to time,and set as the control group from January to December 2022 for routine management. From January to December 2023,the research group was set up to implement risk management. The two groups of medical personnel are the same. The occurrence of medical staff error events and doctor-patient disputes events,the risk management awareness score,risk handling ability score,fa-tigue score,work stress score,workplace mindfulness score and career satisfaction score of medical staff were com-pared between the two groups. Results In the radiology department of the control group,there were 8 errors and 5 doctor-patient disputes,while in the study group,there were 2 errors and 1 doctor-patient dispute. The risk manage-ment awareness score of the study group was 92.61±4.75 and the risk management ability score was 92.10±4.58,which were higher 86.53±4.20 and 85.72±4.09 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t=5.252,5.691,all P<0.05). The fatigue score and work pressure score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the work mindfulness score and career satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of risk management in the management of hospital radiology department can not only effectively enhance the risk manage-ment awareness and risk handling ability of medical personnel in the clinical diagnosis of radiology department,help to reduce errors and doctor-patient disputes,but also reduce the fatigue and pressure of medical personnel in the diag-nosis and treatment of radiology department,so that their workplace mindfulness and career satisfaction can be im-proved.
