Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement on the Quality Management of Laboratory Departments
Objective Analysis of the effect of continuous nursing improvement on the quality management of labora-tory departments. Methods Eight inspectors working in the laboratory department of Zichuan District Hospital fromJanuary 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. The implementation of routine management fromJanuary 2022 to January 2023 was set as the control group,and the implementation of continuous quality improvementmanagement from February 2023 to January 2024 was the set as research group.The two groups of inspectors were thesame batch. The management quality,working ability and compliance rate of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe management quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differenceswere statistically significant (all P<0.05). The work ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). In the study group,the compliance rate ofhand hygiene awareness was 100％ (8/8),the compliance rate of aseptic operation awareness was 100.00％ (8/8),andthe compliance rate of inspection process was 87.85％ (7/8). In the control group,the compliance rate of hand hygieneawareness was 37.50％ (3/8),the compliance rate of aseptic operation awareness was 25.00％ (2/8),and the compli-ance rate of inspection process was 25.00％ (2/8). The compliance rate of inspectors in the study group were higherthan that in the control group. Conclusion The continuous quality improvement management mode is helpful to im-prove the management quality of the laboratory,and improve the working ability and compliance rate of the inspectors.
