Discussion on the Application Effect of Homogeneous Management Under the Background of Medical Community in Multidistrict Nursing of One Hospital
Objective To analyzes the effect of homogenization management in one-hospital multi-district nursing un-der the background of medical community. Methods A total of thirty-five nursing staff working in the First People's Hospital of Kashgar Prefecture from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Routine nursing management was adopted from December 2022 to June 2023 (control group),and homogenized nursing man-agement under the background of the medical community was adopted from July 2023 to December 2023 (observation group). The two groups of nursing staff were the same. The clinical practice ability,nursing quality and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical practice ability score and nursing quality score of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant (all P<0.05). The total satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group was 94.29％ (33/35),higher than 77.14％ (27/35) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.200,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of homogenization management in one-hospital multi-district nursing under the back-ground of medical community can enhance the clinical practice ability of nursing staff,improve nursing quality and en-hance management satisfaction.
