Research on the Application of "Micro-lesson+Situational Teaching Method" in the Course of Rehabilitation Medicine for Clinical Medical Interns
Objective To explore the application effect of "micro-lesson+situational teaching method" in the course of Rehabilitation Medicine for clinical medical interns. Methods Seventy-two clinical medical interns practiced in The First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with thirty-six in each group. The control group was taught by traditional methods,and the observation group was combined with "micro-lesson+situational teaching method",The teaching quality,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Re-sults In the observation group,the score of basic theory was 95.69±3.41,the score of operation skill was 96.11±3.38 and the score of case analysis was 95.63±4.31,which were higher than 90.11±3.29,91.24±2.63 and 92.15±3.23 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=7.006,6.823,3.877,all P<0.05). The comprehensive abil-ity score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant (all P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion "Micro-lesson+situational teaching method" can improve the teaching quality of Rehabilitation Medicine for clinical medical interns,improve the comprehensive level of medical students,and improve teaching satisfaction.
