基于"微课+情景式教学法"在临床医学专业实习生康复医学课程中的应用研究

目的 探讨基于"微课+情景式教学法"在临床医学专业实习生康复医学课程中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年5月—2023年6月在佳木斯大学附属第一医院实习的72名临床医学专业实习生为研究对象,按教学方法不同分为两组,各36名.对照组采用传统方法教学,观察组联合基于"微课+情景式教学法",比较两组的教学质量、综合能力及教学满意度.结果 观察组的基础理论评分为(95.69±3.41)分、操作技能评分为(96.11±3.38)分、病例分析评分为(95.63±4.31)分,均高于对照组的(90.11±3.29)分、(91.24±2.63)分、(92.15±3.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.006、6.823、3.877,P均<0.05).观察组综合能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 "微课+情景式教学法"能提高临床医学专业实习生康复医学课程教学质量,全面提升医学生综合水平,提高教学满意度.
Research on the Application of "Micro-lesson+Situational Teaching Method" in the Course of Rehabilitation Medicine for Clinical Medical Interns
Objective To explore the application effect of "micro-lesson+situational teaching method" in the course of Rehabilitation Medicine for clinical medical interns. Methods Seventy-two clinical medical interns practiced in The First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from May 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,with thirty-six in each group. The control group was taught by traditional methods,and the observation group was combined with "micro-lesson+situational teaching method",The teaching quality,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Re-sults In the observation group,the score of basic theory was 95.69±3.41,the score of operation skill was 96.11±3.38 and the score of case analysis was 95.63±4.31,which were higher than 90.11±3.29,91.24±2.63 and 92.15±3.23 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (t=7.006,6.823,3.877,all P<0.05). The comprehensive abil-ity score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant (all P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion "Micro-lesson+situational teaching method" can improve the teaching quality of Rehabilitation Medicine for clinical medical interns,improve the comprehensive level of medical students,and improve teaching satisfaction.
