This paper discusses the evaluation and promotion strategies of the quality of hospital personnel training,focuses on the main problems existing in the current hospital personnel training,and puts forward corresponding coun-termeasures. It is pointed out that there is a serious shortage of talents in the hospital,the introduction effect is not ideal,the talent training effect is not ideal,and the brain drain is serious. This paper proposes countermeasures to im-prove the quality of hospital personnel training,including improving the talent introduction mechanism,strengthening job training and continuing education,improving the incentive mechanism,and improving the hospital's scientific re-search and innovation capabilities. It aims to help systematically improve the quality of hospital personnel training,meet the needs of society for high-quality medical services,and contribute to the construction of 'Healthy China'.
