Application Value of Quality Assurance Quality Control Techniques in the Management of Quality Control in Radiotherapy Departments
Objective To analyze the value of quality assurance quality control techniques in quality control manage-ment in radiotherapy departments. Methods Eleven radiology staff members of Zhangzhou Affliated Hospital of FuJian Medical University were selected as the study subjects from January 2022 to December 2023. Routine quality manage-ment was implemented from January to December 2022,as before implementation;and quality assurance quality con-trol techniques were implemented from January to December 2023 as after implementation. Compared the radio-therapy quality control management effect,management satisfaction and radiotherapy adverse between two groups. Re-sults Radiotherapy quality control management effectiveness scores after implementation were higher than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Fewer radiotherapy adverse events oc-curred after implementation than before. Before the implementation,4 people were not satisfied,4 people were basi-cally satisfied,and 3 people were very satisfied. The total satisfaction rate was 63.64％ (7/11). After the implementa-tion,0 people were not satisfied,5 people were basically satisfied,and 6 people were very satisfied. The total satisfac-tion rate was 100.00％ (11/11). The satisfaction rate after implementation is higher than that before implementation. Conclusion Quality assurance quality control techniques improve the quality of work and management,ensuring the safety of radiotherapy and the overall quality of medical services.
