全自动内镜清洗机与传统清洗消毒方式对消化内镜清洗消毒质量的比较

目的 比较全自动内镜清洗机与传统清洗消毒方式对消化内镜清洗消毒质量的影响.方法 选取2022年7月—2024年7月广州开发区医院内镜室的180条次消化内镜,内镜使用年限为3年内.按照全自动内镜清洗机的使用时间分为对照组与观察组,2022年7月—2023年6月为对照组(肠镜39条次、胃镜51条次);2023年7月—2024年7月为观察组(肠镜39条次、胃镜51条次).对照组采用传统人工清洗消毒方式;观察组采用全自动内镜清洗机方式.比较两组消化内镜的清洗消毒质量、清洗消毒的总用时及消化内镜院感监测不良事件总发生率.结果 两组消化内镜的清洗质量达标率、消毒质量合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).相比对照组,观察组清洗消毒方式的总用时长更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组消化内镜院感监测不良事件总发生率为4.44%(4/90),低于对照组的0(0/90),差异有统计学意义(x2=4.091,P<0.05).结论 在消化内镜清洗消毒工作中使用全自动内镜清洗机与传统清洗消毒方式的清洗消毒质量均显著,但全自动内镜清洗机的总用时长更短,效率更高,有利于降低消化内镜相关院感不良事件发生率.
Comparison of Cleaning and Disinfection Quality of Digestive Endoscopy Between Automatic Endoscopic Cleaning Machine and Traditional Cleaning and Disinfection Method
Objective To compare the effects of automatic endoscope cleaning machine and traditional cleaning and disinfection methods on the cleaning and disinfection quality of digestive endoscopes. Methods A total of 180 diges-tive endoscopes were selected from the endoscopy room of Guangzhou Development Zone Hospital from July 2022 to July 2024,and the endoscopes were used for 3 years. According to the use time of automatic endoscopic cleaning ma-chine,they were divided into control group and observation group. From July 2022 to June 2023,they were the control group (39 times of colonoscopy and 51 times of gastroscopy). From July 2023 to July 2024,they were the observation group (39 colonoscopies and 51 gastroscopy). The control group was treated with traditional manual cleaning and disin-fection. The observation group was treated with automatic endoscopic cleaning machine. The quality of cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopy,the total time of cleaning and disinfection,and the total incidence of adverse events in the monitoring of digestive endoscopy were compared between the two groups. Results There were no signifi-cants differences in the qualified rate of cleaning quality and the qualified rate of disinfection quality between the two groups (both P>0.05). Compared with the control group,the total time of cleaning and disinfection in the observation group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.44% (4/90),which was lower than 0 (0/90) in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant (x2=4.091,P<0.05). Conclusion The cleaning and disinfection quality of automatic endoscopic clean-ing machine and traditional cleaning and disinfection methods in the cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopy is significant,but the total time of automatic endoscopic cleaning machine is shorter and the efficiency is higher,which is beneficial to reduce the incidence of adverse events related to digestive endoscopy.
