持续质量改进模式在消化内科护理管理中的应用效果分析

目的 分析持续质量改进模式在消化内科护理管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年4月—2024年5月于吉林大学白求恩第三医院胃肠内科工作的16名护理人员作为研究对象,2022年4月—2023年4月实施常规管理,设为常规组;2023年5月—2024年5月实施持续质量改进模式,设为研究组,两组均为同一批护理人员.比较两组护理质量、护理人员专业能力、护理人员对管理模式的满意度.结果 研究组护理质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组护理人员专业能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组护理人员对管理模式满意度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在消化内科护理管理中,持续质量改进模式应用效果显著,可以提高护理质量,增强护理人员专业能力,同时护理人员对管理模式的满意度也明显提升.
Analysis of the Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement Model in Nursing Management of Digestive Medicine Department
Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement model in nursing manage-ment of digestive medicine. Methods From April 2022 to May 2024,sixteen nursing staff working in the department of gastroenterology,The Third Bethune Hospital of Jilin University were selected as the research objects. From April 2022 to April 2023,routine management was implemented and set as the routine group;from May 2023 to May 2024,the continuous quality improvement model was implemented as the study group,and the two groups were the same group of nursing staff. The nursing quality,professional ability of nursing staff and satisfaction of nursing staff to the management mode were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The profes-sional ability scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing management of digestive medicine,the application effect of continuous quality improvement mode is remark-able,which can improve the quality of nursing and enhance the professional ability of nursing staff. At the same time,the satisfaction of nursing staff to the management mode is also significantly improved.
