Effects of 7S Management Method on Pediatric Nurses' Work Motivation and Quality of Care
Objective To explore the impact of the 7S management method on the quality of pediatric nursing care management. Methods Ten nursing staff from the pediatrics department of Chancheng Hi-Tech Zone Hospital,Fos-han Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the routine nursing management was implemented from January to June 2023,which was set as the routine group,and the 7S management method was implemented from July to December 2023,which was set as the management group. The quality of nursing care,work motivation and work pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The quality of care scores and work motivation scores of the management group were higher than those of the conven-tional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The work stress score of the management group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion Using the 7S management method in pediatric nursing management can effectively improve nursing staff's motivation,optimize the quality of pediatric nursing care,and reduce nursing staff's work pressure.
