Effect of Nurse Stratification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Management on the Quality of Nursing Care
Objective To study the effect of implementing a hierarchical management of nursing staff in the nursing management process in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Twenty nursing staff from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Pingyi County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects from January 2022 to Decem-ber 2023. Routine nursing management was carried out from January to December 2022 as the control group,and nurse stratified management was carried out from January to December 2023 as the observation group. Compared the two groups total management mode satisfaction,assessment results. Results The total management satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00% (19/20),which was higher than 70.00% (14/20) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.329,P<0.05). Case analysis,professional knowledge and operational skills of the ob-servation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of a hierarchy of nurses in the nursing management process in obstetrics and gynecology can help improve nursing level and increase the satisfaction of nursing staff.
