Application of Lean Management Model Combined with Fishbone Chart Analysis in the Management of Hospital Outpatient Pharmacy
Objective To explore the application of lean management model combined with fishbone diagram analysis in hospital outpatient pharmacy management. Methods Twenty pharmacists in the outpatient pharmacy of Jining Mu-nicipal Government Hospital were selected as the study subjects from May 2021 to December 2023. Routine manage-ment was implemented from May 2021 to December 2022,as the control group. Lean management model combined with fishbone diagram analysis method of management was implemented from January to December 2023,as study group. Compared the professional skills,management quality and work efficiency of the two groups. Results The pro-fessional skills and management quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The prescription dispensing time of the study group was (3.32±0.46) min,which was shorter than (4.12±0.49) min of the control group,and the daily prescription dosage of the study group was (205.79±9.03) sheets,which was more than (174.82±9.46) sheets of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (t=26.616,52.953,both P<0.05). Conclusion Lean management model combined with fishbone diagram analysis can improve the management quality of hospital outpatient pharmacy,improve the profes-sional skills of pharmacists and enhance work efficiency.
