The Role of Nurses' Hierarchical Management Model in Improving the Quality of Nursing Management
Objective To explore the value of hierarchical management to improve the quality of nursing management. Methods A total of 120 in-service nurses from Nantong Haimen People's Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects. Routine nursing management was implemented from March to December 2022 (be-fore intervention),and hierarchical nursing management was implemented from January to October 2023 (after inter-vention). Nursing quality score, nurses' comprehensive ability score, nurses' scientific research ability score and nurses' satisfaction before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, nurses' condition observa-tion,basic nursing, specialized nursing, health education and nursing documents were higher than those before inter-vention,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of nurses' learn-ing,theory,operation and scientific research ability were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of nurses after intervention was 98.33% (118/120),which was higher than 90.83% (109/120) before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (x2=7.111,P<0.05). Conclusion The adoption of nurse hierarchical management in nursing management can improve the nursing quality, nursing ability and scientific research ability, and can improve their satisfaction.
