Study on the Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Public Health Nursing Management
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management in public health nursing manage-ment. Methods Twenty-five nurses working in Tancheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects. From March 2021 to March 2022,routine management was ad-opted as the reference group;from April 2022 to May 2023,nursing risk management was adopted as the research group. The total management satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared. Results The to-tal satisfaction of nursing staff management in the study group was 96.00％ (24/25),higher than 68.00％ (17/25) in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.878,P<0.05). Safety nursing scores,ward man-agement scores,service attitude scores and basic nursing scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion During the pe-riod of public health nursing management,the effective application of nursing risk management can significantly im-prove the management satisfaction and nursing quality of nursing staff.
