Discuss the Implementation and Effect of Fine Management in the Nursing Management of Cardiology Department
Objective To explore the implementation effect of fine management in the nursing management of cardiol-ogy department. Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,twenty nursing staff working in the Department of Cardiology of Juxian People's Hospital were selected as the traditional group to implement the traditional nursing management. From July 2023 to July 2024,the same group of nursing staff were included in the inquiry group to implement fine management. Compared the two groups of management effects. Results After management,the work quality and pro-fessional identity of the inquiry group were higher than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant (all P<0.05). The work input scores of viability 19.31±0.27,dedication 19.28±0.24,focus 19.45±0.18 in the inquiry group were better than 18.45±0.18,18.39±0.17,and 18.29±0.21 in the traditional group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant (t=12.128,13.533,18.756,all P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation effect of fine management in the nursing management of cardiology department can effectively improve the quality of nursing work,and enhance the professional identity and work input of nursing staff.
