The Application Value of Highquality Nursing Service System in the Nursing Management of Oncology Nurses
Objective To observe the application value of high quality nursing service system in nursing management of nurses in oncology department. Methods A total of twenty-two nurses from the Oncology Department of East Cam-pus of Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects. The routine nursing man-agement system was implemented from January to June 2023,and they were set as the base group. From July to De-cember 2023,the quality nursing service management system was implemented,set as research group. The two groups of nursing staff were the same batch,and the management effect of the two groups was compared. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation in the study group were higher than those in the basic group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). The nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The performance appraisal score of the study group was higher than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The management satisfaction of the study group was 100.00％ (22/22),higher than 81.82％ (18/22) of the base group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.400,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing service management system to the management of nursing staff in oncology department can not only improve the theoretical cognition and skill operation level of nursing staff,but also effectively enhance the quality of nursing work,and improve management satisfaction.
