Research on the Application of Humanized Management Based on Humanistic Care in Obstetric Nursing Management
Objective To explore the application effect of humanized management based on humanistic care in obstet-ric nursing management. Methods From August 2022 to July 2023,thirty-one nursing staff working in the obstetrics department of The First People's Hospital of Zunyi were selected as the research objects. From August 2022 to Janu-ary 2023,the traditional nursing management mode was implemented as the control group. From February to July 2023,the humanized management based on humanistic care was implemented as the research group. The self-efficacy,nursing quality,job burnout,work stress level and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of self-efficacy and nursing quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). The degree of job burnout and work stress in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (both P<0.05). The job sat-isfaction score of the study group after intervention was 78.19±3.64,which was higher than that of the control group 68.31±3.02,and the difference was statistically significant (t=11.631,P<0.001). Conclusion The application of hu-manistic management based on humanistic care in obstetric nursing management can effectively improve the self-efficacy,nursing quality and job satisfaction of nursing staff,and help to reduce the level of job burnout and work stress.
