摘要
目的 分析骨科护理管理中采用6S管理的应用效果.方法 选取苏州京东方医院骨科护士17名为研究对象,2023年1—6月采用传统管理(对照组),2023年7—12月采用6S管理(观察组).比较两种管理模式下的职业认同感、护理能力评分及管理满意度.结果 观察组职业认同感评分(职业困难挫折、职业自我反思、职业社交技能、职业社会支持、职业认知)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组护理能力评分(应急工作、沟通工作、风险防护、康复管理)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组管理满意度为100.00％(17/17),高于对照组的70.59％(12/17).结论 骨科护理管理中实施6S管理的效果更好,可以提高管理效果和护士职业认同感,应用价值高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of 6S management in orthopedic nursing management. Meth-ods A total of seventeen orthopedic nurses from Suzhou Jingdongfang Hospital were selected as study objects. The tra-ditional management was adopted from January to June 2023 (control group),and 6S management was adopted from July to December 2023 (observation group). The professional identity,nursing ability score and management satisfac-tion under the two management modes were compared. Results The scores of professional identity (professional diffi-culties and setbacks,professional self-reflection,professional social skills,professional social support,and profes-sional cognition) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant (all P<0.05). The nursing ability score (emergency work,communication work,risk protection,reha-bilitation management) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant (all P<0.05). The management satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00％ (17/17),which was higher than 70.59％ (12/17) of the control group. Conclusion The implementation of 6S management in orthope-dic nursing management is more effective,which can improve the management effect and nurses' professional identity,and has high application value.
