Research on the Fine Financial Management of Modern Hospitals under the Background of Informatization
Financial management is an important part of modern hospital operation and management,and it has strict requirements on staff professionalism and management accuracy. With the continuous development of information technology and the gradual diversification of payment methods,it has become an inevitable trend for hospitals to carry out fine financial management. Through the investigation and analysis of Chinese hospitals,it is concluded that al-though most hospitals have introduced informatized financial management systems,they are still lacking in the aspects of refined management awareness,financial management informatization construction,and personnel quality. From the perspective of deepening the concept of refined management and optimizing the construction of financial management information system,suggestions for the development of refined financial management of public hospitals are provided.
