Value of Digital Virtual Technology with Situational Teaching Models in Teaching Hepatobiliary Surgery
Objective To explore the application of digital virtual technology combined with situational teaching modein clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods Forty interns from Yixing Hospital affiliated to Jiangsu Univer-sity from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into a study group and a con-trol group by using the random number table method, with twenty cases in each group. The control group was sub-jected to the traditional teaching mode, and the research group was subjected to the digital virtual technology joint sce-nario teaching mode. Compared the discharge examination scores, teaching satisfaction, and laparoscopic simulationoperation errors of the two groups. Results The study group's discharge examination scores were higher than those ofthe control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Teaching satisfaction in the studygroup was 100.00% (20/20),which was higher than 65.00% (13/20) in the control group, and the difference was statis-tically significant (x2=6.234,P<0.05). There were fewer laparoscopic simulation errors in the study group than in thecontrol group. Conclusion The use of digital virtual technology combined with a scenario-based teaching model inhepatobiliary surgery clinical teaching can improve students' discharge examination results and teaching satisfaction, and reduce the risk of students' laparoscopic simulation operation errors.
