Application Effect of Simulated Training Teaching Mode in Standardized Training Teaching of Cardiothoracic Surgeons
Objective To analyze the application effect of simulation training model in standardized resident training (resident training) in thoracic and cardiac surgery. Methods Fifty-six resident students from the Department of Tho-racic and Cardiac Surgery of Xiangtan Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects. According to the resident training time,the control group (twenty-nine students) was divided into the traditional teaching method from January to December 2022,and the observation group (twenty-seven students) was divided into the simulated training teaching mode from January to December 2023. The teaching effect of the two groups was com-pared. Results The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.29% (26/27),which was higher than 72.41% (21/29) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=5.912,P<0.05). The competence scores and professional assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of simulated training teaching mode in tho-racic and cardiac surgery department can improve the competence and professional ability of Zhupei students,and has a high degree of satisfaction and good teaching effect.
