目的 分析采用模拟培训教学模式对胸心外科开展住院医师规范化培训(简称"住培")教学的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月湘潭市中心医院胸心外科56名住培生为研究对象,根据住培时间分组,2022年1—12月采用传统教学方式为对照组(29名),2023年1—12月采用模拟培训教学模式为观察组(27名).对比两组教学效果.结果 观察组教学满意度为96.29%(26/27),高于对照组的72.41%(21/29),差异有统计学意义(x2=5.912,P<0.05).观察组胜任力评分及专业考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 胸心外科运用模拟培训教学模式开展规范化培训教学,可以提高住培生的胜任力、专业能力,且满意度较高,教学效果良好.
Objective To analyze the application effect of simulation training model in standardized resident training (resident training) in thoracic and cardiac surgery. Methods Fifty-six resident students from the Department of Tho-racic and Cardiac Surgery of Xiangtan Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects. According to the resident training time,the control group (twenty-nine students) was divided into the traditional teaching method from January to December 2022,and the observation group (twenty-seven students) was divided into the simulated training teaching mode from January to December 2023. The teaching effect of the two groups was com-pared. Results The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 96.29% (26/27),which was higher than 72.41% (21/29) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=5.912,P<0.05). The competence scores and professional assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of simulated training teaching mode in tho-racic and cardiac surgery department can improve the competence and professional ability of Zhupei students,and has a high degree of satisfaction and good teaching effect.
