The Role of Addie Teaching Method In Clinical Teaching of Intervertebral Disc Calcification in Improving Interns' Clinical Knowledge and Skills
Objective To analyze the effect of ADDIE teaching method on improving the clinical knowledge and skills of interns for intervertebral disc calcification. Methods A total of sixty-four interns in Jingmen Rehabilitation Hospi-tal from March 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,thirty-two cases in each group. The control group was taught by conventional methods,and the observation group was taught by ADDIE teaching method. The teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results After teaching,the scores of teaching content,teaching method,teach-ing management,teaching effect,teaching ideology and politics in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The scores of communication,disease ob-servation,skill operation,consulting service,organizational effectiveness,humanistic care and overall competence of the two groups after teaching were higher than those before teaching,and the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion ADDIE teaching method in clini-cal teaching of intervertebral disc calcification plays a significant role in improving interns' clinical knowledge and skills,and obtains good teaching satisfaction in many aspects.
