Analysis of the Application Effect of PDCA System in Clinical Teaching of Ultrasound Department
Objective To analyze the role of PDCA system in clinical ultrasound teaching. Methods Forty-four ultra-sound interns in Linyi Lanshan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were se-lected as samples and divided into the general group and the system group according to the touch ball method,with twenty-two students in each group. The general group received traditional teaching,while the system group received PDCA system teaching. And the teaching quality was analyzed and the assessment results were statistically analyzed. Compare personal skills excellence rate and investigate satisfaction rates with teaching. Results The teaching quality of ultrasound and assessment results in the system group were higher than those in the general group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The personal skill excellence rate reached 95.45% (21/22) in the sys-tem group,which was higher than 72.73% (16/22) in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.247,P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of teaching in the system group was higher than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The PDCA system management can improve the quality of teaching,comprehensively enhance the skills of interns in ultrasound,and improve their personal skill excel-lence rate and satisfaction rate.
