Application of PBL,CBL and LBL Combined Teaching Mode in Anorectal Surgery Practice Teaching
Objective To study the application effect of Problem-Based Learning,Case-Based Learning and Lecture-Based Learning combined teaching mode in anorectal surgery practice teaching. Methods Eighty medical interns who interned in the Department of Colorectal Surgery in Huangmei County People's Hospital from September 2022 to Feb-ruary 2024 were selected as the research subjects. According to the time of admission practice,forty internship from September 2022 to June 2023 were included in the control group,and forty internship from July 2023 to February 2024 were included in the observation group. For the control group,the simple LBL teaching mode was used for teach-ing,while for the observation group,the PBL,CBL and LBL combined teaching mode was used for teaching. Compare the teaching effect of the two groups. Results The scores of reasoning,hypothesis recognition,deduction,explanation and discussion in the two groups after teaching were higher than those before teaching,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL,CBL and LBL combined teaching mode in anorectal surgery practice teaching can improve interns' cognitive skills of critical thinking and obtain good teaching satisfaction.
