Application Analysis of Situational Teaching Mode in Clinical Teaching of Bone Surgery
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of situational teaching mode in clinical teaching of bone surgery. Methods A total of fifty-four clinical medical students who practiced in Huai'an Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from September 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects. Among them,twenty-seven students of grade 2023 implemented the conventional teaching mode,which was the conventional group;twenty-seven students of grade 2024 implemented the situational teaching mode as the research group. The teaching scores,comprehensive ability scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The score of theoretical and score of practical in the study group were 92.43±2.39 and 94.53±2.67,respectively,which were higher than 85.46±2.46 and 91.45±2.43 of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant (t=10.559,4.433,both P<0.05). The comprehensive ability of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The applica-tion value of situational teaching mode in clinical teaching of bone surgery is high,which can help clinical students obtain ideal teaching results,promote students' comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction.
