The Effect of Applying Progressive Teaching Mode in Clinical Tteaching of Ultrasound Department on Improving the Teaching Satisfaction of Interns
Objective To study the effect of applying progressive teaching mode in clinical teaching of ultrasound de-partment on improving the teaching satisfaction of interns. Methods A total of eighty medical interns who practiced inthe ultrasound department of Zhongxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to June 2024were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random numbertable method, with forty interns in each group. The control group used the conventional teaching mode, and the obser-vation group used the progressive teaching mode. The teaching satisfaction, clinical knowledge and skills of the twogroups were compared. Results In the observation group, the score of teaching process was 9.21±0.65,the score oflearning interest improvement was 8.93±1.00,the score of learning thinking expansion was 9.04±0.77,the score of au-tonomous learning ability was 9.08±0.76,and the score of theory combined with practice ability was 9.20±0.68,whichwere higher than 8.20±1.32,7.86±1.34,7.89±1.23,7.91±1.30,7.88±1.53 in the control group, and the differenceswere statistically significant (t=4.341,4.047,5.012,4.914,4.986,all P<0.05). After teaching, the clinical knowledgeand skills of the two groups were higher than those before teaching, and the observation group was higher than the con-trol group, the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of progressive teach-ing mode in clinical teaching of ultrasound department effectively improves the teaching satisfaction of interns and en-hances their clinical knowledge and skills.
