Application of PBL Combined with CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Ophthalmology
Objective To observe the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with case-based learning (CBL) in clinical teaching of ophthalmology. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,forty ophthalmic interns in Lichuan People's Hospital of Hubei Province were selected as the research objects. The interns were di-vided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with twenty interns in each group. The observation group was given PBL combined with CBL mode teaching,while the control group was only given rou-tine teaching. The examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After teach-ing,In the observation group,the score of theoretical knowledge was 95.13±2.15 and score of practical operation was 94.07±2.12,were higher than 91.55±2.08 and 90.42±2.02 in the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant (t=3.857,4.047,both P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00% (20/20),which was higher than 80.00% (16/20) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.444,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of ophthalmology can improve teaching quality and teaching satisfaction,which is worth learning.
