Discussion on the Application Effect of Flipping Teaching Method in Oncology Practice Teaching
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the application of flipping teaching method in oncology practice teaching. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,sixty interns in the Oncology Department of the First Affili-ated Hospital of Shihezi University were selected as the research objects. According to the different teaching modes,they were divided into control group and observation group,with thirty interns in each group. The control group was given traditional teaching,while the observation group was given flipped teaching method. The examination results,self-directed learning ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The examination re-sults of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant (all P<0.05). After teaching,the scores of self-directed learning ability of the two groups of interns were higher than those of the same group before teaching,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of teaching methods in the observation group was 100.00% (30/30),which was higher than 80.00% (24/30) in the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant (x2=4.630,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of flipping teaching method in on-cology practice teaching has a significant effect,which can improve the teaching effect and is worth learning.
