Research on the Application of Standardized Patients Combined with Microteaching in Surgical Clinical Practice Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized patient ( SP ) combined with microteaching mode in surgical clinical practice teaching. Methods From September 2023 to March 2024,eighty undergraduate stu-dents majoring in clinical medicine who underwent surgical practice in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University were selected as the research objects. According to the different teaching modes, they were divided into observation group and control group, with forty cases in each group. The control group was treated with conven-tional teaching mode, and the observation group was treated with SP combined with microteaching mode on the basis of conventional teaching. The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After teaching, the theoretical test score of the observation group was 92.5±3.2,the clinical skill operation test score was 91.8±2.9,and the doctor-patient communication ability score was 4.5±0.4,which were higher than those of the controlgroup 85.6±3.4,84.7±3.1,3.8±0.5,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t=4.856,4.237,3.924,all P<0.05). The scores of teaching satisfaction (teaching content, teaching method, teaching effect and teacher guidance) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statis-tically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion SP combined with microteaching mode can effectively improve the teach-ing quality and teaching satisfaction of surgical clinical practice, which can provide reference for clinical teaching.
